عن ثرو ذا لايت (About Us)

تأسست "ثرو ذا لايت" (Through the Light) عام 2012 كمرتكز إبداعي صاغ رؤيته الأولى مؤسسها حسن سعيد خلال فترة دراسته لصناعة الأفلام في تورنتو، كندا؛ حيث انطلقت الفكرة من شغف عميق بسرد القصص التي تلامس جوهر الإنسان و الثقافة.

ومع افتتاح دور السينما في المملكة العربية السعودية عام 2018، عاد حسن سعيد إلى أرض الوطن ليعزز طموح ثرو ذا لايت بانضمام شقيقه التوأم علي سعيد كعضو مؤسس. ومنذ ذلك الحين، تكاتفت جهودهما لبناء مشروع فني يهدف إلى استكشاف ثراء الثقافة الوطنية، وكشف القصص غير المروية لـ الإنسان السعودي، وإبرازها بصرياً بصدق فني وعمق سينمائي يضع التراث المحلي في طليعة المشهد الإبداعي.

Established in 2012, Through the Light began as a creative vision shaped by its founder, filmmaker Hassan Saeed, during his film production studies in Toronto, Canada. The foundation was born out of a profound passion for storytelling that captures the essence of culture and the human experience.

Empowered by the historic cultural shift and the reopening of cinemas in Saudi Arabia in 2018, Hassan returned to his homeland to scale the studio’s ambitions, joined by his twin brother, Ali Saeed, as a Founding Member. Since then, their combined efforts have built an artistic powerhouse dedicated to exploring the richness of national identity. Through the Light aims to uncover the untold stories of the "Saudi people," bringing them to life with artistic integrity and a cinematic depth that places local heritage at the forefront of the global creative scene.
